Sable collects the minimum data necessary to authenticate you and provide community intelligence services. When you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive your email address and display name. We do not request access to your contacts, calendar, or any other Google services.
We use Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication. After successful login, a JSON Web Token (JWT) is issued and stored as an HTTP-only cookie in your browser. This cookie expires after 8 hours. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
Sable analyzes publicly available community data (social media posts, forum activity, Discord messages in public channels) to generate community health diagnostics. Client organizations see only their own community data. We do not sell or share community analytics data with third parties.
We use Sentry for error tracking. When an application error occurs, technical details (stack trace, browser type, URL) may be sent to Sentry. No personal data is included in error reports.
Session cookies are cleared on logout or after 8 hours. Community diagnostic data is retained for the duration of a client engagement. Historical diagnostic runs are preserved to enable trend analysis.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting your Sable operator. Upon termination of a client engagement, all client-specific data can be exported and/or deleted upon request.
For privacy inquiries, reach out to your Sable point of contact or email the team directly.
